is formulated according to Tibetan medicine. It helps to calm mental restlessness and relieve physical ailments. It revitalizes the body and relieves upper and lower back pain. This tea blend promotes general mental well-being, good sleep hygiene and a healthy appetite.

HOW TO USE: Prepare the tea by steeping or boiling a tea bag in hot water for 2 minutes. Drink it early in the morning or in the evening. If the above symptoms occur, drink it with a small amount of jaggery.

INGREDIENTS: Himalayan Musk Rose, Caraway, Nutmeg, Star Anise, Ginger, Long Pepper and more.
